Sean Spicer gives daily press briefing

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi called for the firing of White House press secretary Sean Spicer following his comments he made Tuesday at his briefing related to Adolf Hitler and the use chemical weapons.

The video was retweeted more than a thousand times, with many Twitter users referencing Spicer's comments.

There is continuing outrage over the White House press secretary's Holocaust remarks. The comment drew an instant rebuke from critics, who noted the remark ignored Hitler's use of gas chambers to exterminate Jews during the Holocaust.

The spokesman apologized for his statement after stumbling over multiple attempts to clarify it.

Cramer was commenting on Spicer after a Tuesday comparison of the two leaders, during which Spicer made reference to Hitler to emphasize the atrocities of al-Assad's regime.

"Horrible example. I believe he appropiately apologized, but it's really going to be up to the President". I understand that. But I'm saying in the way that Assad used them where he went into towns, dropped them down into innocent, into the middle of towns.

"In no way was I trying to lessen the horrendous nature of the Holocaust".

"I need to hear from my congressman that these things are unacceptable", the woman said.

"It's a very holy week for Jewish and Christian people...to make a gaffe and a mistake like this is inexcusable and reprehensible", he continued.

Jimmy Dore takes Spicer to task for his ridiculous comments, and the White Houses unsafe run up to war with Syria and Russian Federation.

Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky said: "It is clear that this administration needs a history lesson and a staff shake-up". From a professional level, I think it's disappointing because I think I let the president down.

He was accused of being insensitive to Jews and Holocaust survivors, in a week when many will celebrate the festival of Passover.

A reporter yelled out that the Jews had been gassed. According to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, the Nazis experimented with poison gas in late 1939 with the killing of killing of mental patients, which was termed "euthanasia". "I realized that I had made a mistake and I didn't want to be a distraction to the President's agenda".

The White House Press secretary serves as a messenger between the president and the American people.
