Nintendo Reveals New Characters, Game Modes and More

Nintendo unveils first official Switch bundle with Splatoon 2

It was one of 2016's best games - a relief given its lengthy development cycle. The two other characters are Kid Cobra and Twintelle. It's been many months since the console was out in the market and the only major first party games (or even third party for that matter) are Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, The Binding of Isaac: Aftermath+ and now Owlboy.

To know the whole Nintendo Direct video, you can watch the video at ARMS direct. You can buy physical copies too, but those won't be easily available if you don't live in countries where Nintendo has an official presence. ARMS is created by nearly the same team of people who developed the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game for Nintendo Switch.

Such a variation of attacks give you an endless number of possibilities, giving the game a healthy dose of replayability.

If your arm is the same weight as an opponent's, you can block each other's punches mid-swing. May 26 and June 2 are for North America only.

The PS4 rhythm violence game, which was also a PlayStation VR launch title, is available for £16 from the Nintendo eShop.

While the game is now still on the PC, there will be a Nintendo Switch release for Owlboy. The basic Fight mode lets you fight against one player, with bombs or healing items dropping on the arena. Your attacks can damage your ally, so you need to coordinate well here.

The single-player mode 1-on-100 is a time trial where you have to take down 100 enemies as fast as possible.

The subject of the latest Nintendo Direct conference, fans have finally been given a look at the characters, abilities and mini-games that will be included in the final release. We'll be reporting on all the news from the press events that week, as well as bringing you previews from the show floor. Apparently, a new set of modes is expected to arrive to "ARMS" as soon as its gets released.
