Cosby arrives for Day 3 of jury deliberations

And so I continue and I go into the area that is somewhere between permission and rejection. "She did not stop me". In the report, Constand alleged the assault occurred in early January after she was out to dinner with Cosby and others. They also requested further definition of the third count, which pertains to whether Cosby gave Constand a substance "without [her] knowledge" for the goal of "preventing resistance". He's drawn throngs of cameras with his updates on Cosby's mood and assertions that the 79-year-old comedian isn't getting a fair shake.

Bill Cosby walks from the Montgomery County Courthouse during jury deliberations in his sexual assault trial at in Norristown, Pa., Tuesday, June 13, 2017. Cosby is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault, each with slightly different criteria for arriving at guilty verdict.

Cosby is being sued in Los Angeles by Judy Huth, who accuses the comedian of forcing her to perform a sex act on him in a bedroom of the Playboy Mansion around 1974, when she was 15.

Undeterred, Cosby shill Andrew Wyatt read Jackson's statement: "As a function of my position, I would travel with the team (Temple women's basketball) occasionally". The jury deciding Bill Cosby's fate at his sexual assault trial adjourned on Tuesday after 16 hours of deliberations over 1-1/2 days failed to produce a verdict.

According to Wyatt, Constand told Jackson her plan was to "Get money, go to school and open up a business".

Constand has said she has never met Jackson.

The jury, sequestered for the duration of the trial and unaware of the back-and-forth outside, reviewed the testimony of the police officer who took Constand's initial report.

Later outside on the courthouse steps, Constand's lawyer Dolores Troiani claimed that Jackson's statement was "absolutely not true". "The statement was not accurate".

"I was really nervous and wasn't able to recall every particular moment that I had seen Mr. Cosby in order of dates", she explained.

As the deliberations continued on Wednesday, the crowd waiting outside the Montgomery County courthouse appeared to have grown, including the occasional protester and one local resident who set up a swiveling armchair on the sidewalk. Cosby said in a civil deposition read aloud in the trial that the interaction was consensual. She settled her lawsuit against Cosby in 2006 for an undisclosed sum, though jurors did not hear about that case. "And there was talk of tension, yes, about relaxation and Andrea trying to learn to relax the shoulders, the head, et cetera".

"I felt really humiliated and I was really confused", she said through tears.

"Your friends", Cosby said he told her. "I'll be disappointed. However, it won't change the love, because when you have family, people falter, people make mistakes, things happen, but in no way is that condoning sexual assault". He showed jurors copies of deposition transcripts and police interviews in which Cosby admitted to giving Constand a dose of Benadryl, an over-the-counter allergy medication he uses as a sleep aid, and discussing his sexual preferences.

The criminal case, however, focuses on the disputed contact between Cosby and just one woman: Constand, a former Temple University women's basketball staffer who says Cosby took advantage of his role as her mentor and slipped her pills that left her "frozen" and unable to stop him from touching her breasts and genitals. (She later revised that detail.) The inconsistency suggested the jury was interested in examining Constand's credibility.

Prosecutor Kevin Steele and defense attorney Brian McMonagle each sent the jurors off to deliberations with rhetorical dilemmas to resolve. The investigation initially was undertaken by former District Attorney Bruce L. Castor Jr., who in February 2005 determined there was insufficient and unreliable evidence to prosecute Cosby, who was 67 at the time.

Constand testified for more than seven hours last week, denying there was any romance between them and telling jurors she had rebuffed his advances before the assault.
