LeBron James on 2017 Warriors: 'Most firepower I've ever seen'

Tired talk: LeBron dunks idea he's worn out guarding Durant

Cleveland led by six points with three minutes to play but Durant led an impressive 11-0 run to secure the win.

And with a win in Game 4 on Friday night, Golden State can exorcise those haunting demons from past year when the Warriors blew a 3-1 lead in the Finals to the Cavaliers.

Durant's pull-up three-pointer over LeBron James with 45 seconds remaining gave the Warriors their first lead since late in the third quarter and silenced what had been a raucous crowd.

"Even when you're playing well, you got to play A-plus-plus, because they're going to make runs and they're going to make shots and they got guys that's going to make plays. We're happy, we're pumped because of the way the game ended, but we got a lot of work to do".

This year sure feels different - especially with the Warriors' addition of Kevin Durant - but we're in the same spot after two games of the series. "It's probably the most, most firepower I've played in my career", said James. But those efforts didn't prove enough as the Warriors kept chipping away before their final quarter explosion. It's a miss-or-make league. But it didn't happen that way. "So win, lose or draw, you live with the results", added James, when asked to break down the final few minutes.

After the warp-speed Golden State Warriors overran the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first two games of the NBA Finals, with Durant averaging 35.5 points in the wins, one of the trending topics has been whether James is being worn down in trying guard the 7-footer.

Green, who is a power forward, was named to the NBA All-Defensive Team and won his first NBA Championship with the Warriors in 2015.
