Trump Reports Hundreds of Millions in Financial Liabilities

Mr Trump reported income of at least US$594 million for 2016 and early 2017 and assets worth at least US$1.4 billion.

The Trump International Hotel Washington D.C., which opened in September, listed hotel-related revenue of $19.7 million, according to the form.

Like Bedminster, many of Trump's golf clubs showed modest growth during the time-span between his first and most recent filings.

Those details are included in a financial disclosure that Trump voluntarily submitted Friday to the Office of Government Ethics. The report, which presents an imperfect window into Trump's assets, debt and income, is the third of its kind released since he announced his candidacy in 2015.

President Trump offered a rare glimpse into his finances last night, revealing that he made almost $300 million from golf courses past year and $37 million from the Florida country club he has rebranded the "Winter White House". After he was elected president, the annual membership fee for club was doubled to $US200,000. Royalties from the 1987 autobiography ranged between $100,000 and $1 million, according to the new report.

Since Trump won the election, the hotel has become a central symbol of the president's potential conflicts of interest, as some worry it is a route through which the Trump family could receive payments from foreign governments.

Likewise, he reported income for the first time from his new hotel and condominium tower in Vancouver, which opened in February.

The latest report shows Mr Trump resigned from more than 500 positions, stepping down from many on the day before his inauguration.

Cristiano Ronaldo keen on Man Utd return
Irked by the tax evasion case, Ronaldo reportedly feels that the Real Madrid club doesn't protect him the way it should.

His book "The Art of the Deal" is having a comeback of its own.

The form released Friday appeared to confirm that he had sold those stock holdings. The stocks earned him millions of dollars in capital gains and dividends.

The president's golf courses have been very lucrative, especially Trump National Doral, in Miami, which brought in $115,865,590.

Trump also disclosed three checking and savings accounts holding a total of at least $57 million.

Officials must disclose values on the form in ranges that top out at $50 million.

The disclosure reports provide only a rough financial picture of the president's holdings. Administrations often release promised documents once journalists have left the office for the weekend, hoping that any damaging info would get lost in the news cycle turnover.

"We still don't know the extent or sources of foreign emoluments, the identity of all his investors, partners and financial actors involved in his businesses, the purchasers, including possibly foreign ones of his condos and other properties", Eisen said.

The Office of Government Ethics released the 98-page document.
