Actor Ryan Phillippe posted a photo of himself on Instagram laying on a hospital bed with a broken leg, swollen foot, while giving the "thumbs-up" sign.

The 42-year-old actor shared a message about the incident on social media.

Ryan asked his fans to tune in to the season two premiere of his US series Shooter tomorrow night (July 18) at 10/9c to help him feel better.
