Celebrities Weigh In On Taylor Swift's Trial On Twitter

Taylor Swift says DJ subjected her to long, 'horrifying' grope

US District Judge William Martinez ruled that Ms Swift was not liable, as Mr Mueller had not proved she set out to get him fired. Taylor Swift is claiming that Mueller grabbed her just beneath her skirt and one of her security guards witnessed it.

Music superstar Taylor Swift told a USA court on August 10 of her shock as she realized she was being groped during a photo opportunity in Colorado, as she faced the former DJ she accuses of assaulting her.

According to Gossip Cop and the Associated Press, Mueller is seeking $3 million in damages from Swift, while Swift is seeking just $1 in her suit (in addition to reimbursement for attorneys fees and costs in defending the suit, according to pre-trial documents per The Denver Post).

Swift, 27, said there was no doubt in her mind the radio personality she was being photographed with ahead of a Denver concert in 2013 reached under her skirt and fondled her buttocks.

Taylor Swift's sexual assault trial against former radio DJ David Mueller will begin its third day in Denver today.

Mueller, 55, is suing Swift, alleging she and her team slandered him by telling his employer about the incident, resulting in his firing.

Andrea said that she felt like throwing up when she heard about the assault. However, Mueller denies the groping claims.

Dent told the court he was steps away when Mueller posed with his girlfriend and the pop star.

His testimony came a day after Ms Swift took the stand to describe the incident, calling it a "definite grab". "I'm not going to allow your client to make me feel like [his current situation] was in any way my fault", Swift said.

The pop superstar testified for about an hour on Thursday, sometimes using unflinching language in giving her account of what happened.
