Paulie Malignaggi Rips Into 'Whimpering' Conor McGregor

FLOYD MAYWEATHER and Conor McGregor travelled to Los Angeles, Toronto, New York and London ahead of their historic bout - here are some of the best photos from their press tour. "I won't release any information about his game plan or what he's working on; I wouldn't do that".

The fight has been criticised as a money-making stunt: the 40-year-old Mayweather is considered one of the greatest fighters of all time, while McGregor has no professional boxing experience.

This last was published on Thursday pictures of the training on the social networks where we could see Malignaggi extended to the mat during a session of "sparring" of 12 rounds held on Tuesday and receive a left from McGregor in the face.

Malignaggi wished McGregor well for the rest of the camp, but vowed to air his full version of events when the time is right.

Malignaggi says it has become a fiasco and it's a circus.

"I don't want a third fight", he said. The UFC's PI (Ultimate Fighting Championship's Performance Institute) definitely has that video. When you talk to Conor, at first I started thinking this guy doesn't really think he's going to win this, it's just a $100 million fight for him.

Malignaggi insists it was the result of a push, and was seething at how he was "used" by the McGregor camp. Last week, he did not specify the exact grounds for its decision, citing, however, "stuff outside of the ring and the way you do things at camp". It's not my place to dictate terms in a training camp that is not mine, but it's my place to decide if I want to be part of it. "I wish team McGregor well in the rest of their preparations and look forward to being back in Vegas to work fight week on Showtime".
