Nun gets stuck in to clear Hurricane Irma debris — Chainsaw MASS-acre

Chainsaw Wielding Nun Clears Debris from Irma in Florida

A nun surrounded by downed trees after Irma hit Florida took matters into her own hands.

The Miami Dade police shared the footage on Facebook, explaining: "One of our off duty officers was happy to find Sister Margaret Ann pitching in by cutting trees to clear the neighbourhood roadways".

In the interview with CNN on Tuesday, Sister told CNN, "The road was blocked, we couldn't get through".

Miami-Dade police released the video on their Twitter page thanking the nun and the rest of the community for their help in the wake of Irma. She is from Archbishop Coleman F. Carroll High School, about 15 miles from the Atlantic shore. "I saw someone spinning in the mud and nearly hit a wall", she said.

I imagine sisters as sadistic creatures who indulge in meaningless religious rituals like clutching rosary beads and lighting votive candles.

The nun explained that she doesn't know when her school will be able to reopen.

Sister Margaret Ann said the high school, which has about 300 students nestled up next to the Everglades, was not spared from the storm.

Sister Margaret Ann's illustration resounded on the web. "That's what I wanted to do".

She said others helped her remove the tree and it was a good community-bonding moment. "We are glad for the case they appear for our understudies and different individuals from the group each day". "She's a do-it-herselfer, holy helper, Sister Margaret Ann".

Patrick McNicholas wrote, "God bless her but wow is it risky to where loose fitting clothes while using a saw of any kind".
