Resident Evil 7: End of Zoe New Trailer and Release Date Revealed

Resident Evil 7 DLC

The new assets also showcase the free Not a Hero DLC, featuring the return of Resident Evil fan favorite and veteran BSAA soldier Chris Redfield.

Not a Hero's story is focus on Redfield going into the Baker property and hunting down Lucas Baker.

Both DLC scenarios are releasing as standalone content on December 12, alongside the Resident Evil 7: biohazard Gold Edition, which includes the base game and all previous DLC's on top of the new scenarios. "Our aim is for this content to match the high quality of the main game, so we need more development time in order to achieve that goal". Chris is looking for Lucas Baker so he can stop the Bakers for good, making his way through gas-filled dungeons as he works to make things right once more.

At the very end of the trailer, we have a few glimpses of what End of Zoe will look like. She wanders the forest alone before the virus takes her over completely and becomes some kind of grey crystal-like substance. Joe is an outdoorsman that finds Zoe in the marshes. Hopefully it ends well for both characters, but this is Resident Evil and someone has to turn out to be insane.

The End of Zoe DLC will come with the upcoming Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition or as an update if you already purchased the Resident Evil 7 Season Pass. The Not a Hero DLC content will be available to download for free for owners of any version of Resident Evil 7 biohazard on December 12th as well. Not a Hero launches for free to all players on December 12.

Resident Evil 7 is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
