Black Panther Star Unable to Get Tickets For Opening Night

Chadwick Boseman plays Black Panther in the upcoming movie

The reason? All of the advanced tickets seem to have sold out.

King T'Challa made his Marvel debut in Captain America: Civil War where he stood with Iron Man as the Avengers did battle amongst each other.

One such cast member is Lupita Nyongo', who stars as the powerful Wakandan spy who puts her "skills of subterfuge and hand-to-hand combat to use in order to fight alongside Black Panther", who tried to purchase opening night tickets for the film on Tuesday night.

According to online ticket-selling service Fandango, the forthcoming Marvel film "Black Panther" has set a new high-water mark for advance sales for the 17-picture comic book-movie franchise. Civil War kicked off the opening of summer 2016 during the first weekend of May with $179M.

If she tests positive, a new, lower price for the crib magically appears underneath where the regular price is printed above. After a few minutes, if you're pregnant, a discounted price for the crib will be revealed in red print.

Industry estimates do not believe at this point in time that Black Panther will emulate Civil War's opening despite the strong. "The MCU has set itself in the real world as much as possible - so what does it mean for T'Challa to move around as this black man in a movie reality that tries to be a real world?"

Black Panther doesn't hit theaters until February 16, but Nyong'o, apparently, won't be seeing it until the 17th.

A few days ago, Top Dawg Entertainment head Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith hyped up protégé Kendrick Lamar executive producing Marvel Studios' upcoming Black Panther: The Album.

Directed by Ryan Coogler from a script he co-wrote with Joe Robert Cole, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia, Daniel Kaluuya as W'Kabi, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue, and Forest Whitaker as Zuri.
