Suspect of Two California Murders Warns 'I Will Kill Again'

Bracamontes interrupted the Sacramento Superior Courtroom with his expletive-laden tirade, going on to say "I will break out soon and I will kill more, kill whoever gets in front of me..."

"F- all the stupid cops and f- the families, too", he said, looking directly at the row of seats where the families of Deputies Danny Oliver and Michael Davis Jr. were seated.

Judge Steve White wasn't swayed by Bracamontes' rant, but he did issue a warning, saying, "You will not speak out".

Bracamontes' own attorney admitted that his client did it, telling the jury, "He shot them both", preferring to focus on mitigating evidence that could help Bracamontes avoid the death penalty, according to the Sacramento Bee. The defense attorney also said the suspect is mentally ill and pushed for life in prison for Bracamontes instead of the death penalty.

The trial of accused double-cop-killer Luis Bracamontes has started in a Sacramento courtroom, with the prospect of months of testimony before a possible verdict.

Public defender Norm Dawson told White that his client is continuing his outbursts because he believes he can not physically be killed.

Defense lawyer Jeffrey Barbour told jurors Tuesday that Luis Enrique Monroy Bracamontes shot Sacramento sheriff's Deputy Danny Oliver outside a Sacramento motel in October 2014.

Tiger Zinda Hai gets political threat due to scheduled mass release
Considering the long weekend, due to Christmas holiday, Tiger Zinda Hai has one extra day to rake in more money at the box office. Salman Khan's other release this year, Tubelight , had also performed a tad lower than industry expectations at the box-office.

The preliminary courtroom appearances of Bracamontes, 36, formerly of Salt Lake City, have been dramatically punctuated by outbursts by the accused. They include no fear of a death sentence being carried out because of his belief God would intervene and allow him to live, the psychiatrist testified.

Bracamontes is from Mexico, and repeatedly entered the United States illegally.

His 41-year-old wife, Janelle Marquez Monroy, an American citizen, faces life in prison if she is found guilty of assisting him.

By the time court broke for a morning recess at 10:30, White said deputies had told him that Bracamontes had agreed to behave, and the judge said he would allow him to return.

Bracamontes was heavily shackled in court, while Monroy, who has mostly remained quiet, was wearing a gray and black dress without shackles or chains.

After he said he wished he'd killed more, Bracamontes added another shocking statement. Only jurors hearing Bracamontes' case were in court at the time of his comment.

She will be tried by a separate jury. She argues that she was a victim of her abusive husband who frequently used drugs.
