Wow, Looks Like Mark Wahlberg is a Pretty Slippery Snake

Mark Wahlberg appears on ‘Today‘ show

Mark Wahlberg is in hot water again after it was reported that he refused to approve Christopher Plummer as a replacement for Kevin Spacey in All the Money in the World.

She and director Ridley Scott both publicly said that they would return for the reshoots "for free" in order to complete the nine-day reshoot session which would replace controversial star Kevin Spacey with Oscar victor Christopher Plummer.

"What he said was, 'I will not approve Christopher Plummer unless you pay me.' And that's how he (expletive) them", the source said.

But the Oscar victor would not be allowed to step into the role until Wahlberg got his way, with the latter's lawyer writing a letter to financiers demanding the payment for his work over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The report arrives days after USA Today revealed that Wahlberg received $1.5 million for the reshoot while the film's leading actress Michelle Williams only received an $80 per diem.

Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams attend the premiere of Sony Pictures Entertainment's "All The Money In The World" at Samuel Goldwyn Theater on December 18, 2017 in Beverly Hills, California. That works out to Williams being paid less than one-tenth of 1% of her male co-star.

Williams previously told USA TODAY that when Scott's team called to request her time for the reshoot, "I said I'd be wherever they needed me, whenever they needed me".

Neither reps for the actors involved, WME nor Wahlberg's lawyer have commented as of yet.

While Wahlberg reportedly played hardball with the movie's producers about the reshoots, Williams told USA Today that she appreciated the effort to make the changes to the movie so it would not be tainted by Spacey. But the new USA Today story debunks both of those claims, reporting that both actors had reshoots included their contracts. And they could have my salary, they could have my holiday, whatever they wanted.

"I'd be wherever they needed me, whenever they needed me", she said.

Let's not forget, it was Williams who walked away from the film with a Golden Globe nomination.

'I'm so much more interested in what you have to say than what I have to say, ' Williams told reporters about her date on the red carpet.
