The wedding comes as a big freaking surprise.

Just weeks ago, Page Six reported that Ratajkowski had split from her boyfriend of three years, music producer Jeff Magid, whom she lived with in Los Angeles' trendy downtown district.

After she made the wedding announcement, Emily was inundated with sweet messages from her fans.
