'Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery, ' she captioned the handsome image. "Hey cancer, 'F-k you!' Here's my first post-op photo".

Louis-Dreyfus previously revealed in an Instagram post that she had completed her second round of chemotherapy.

To celebrate their co-star's progress in her battle against cancer, Veep's Timothy Simons and Tony Hale recorded a video lip-syncing to Katy Perry's 2013 song "Roar".
