North Korea says U.S. will make FIRST STRIKE in nuclear apocalypse warning

Pyeongchang

We are sounding the alarm over South Korea Ambassador vacancy; Warning of significant risk of preemptive strike against North Korea.

The clash came at the United Nations-sponsored Conference on Disarmament days after the Trump administration said it will expand its nuclear capability.

Wood described the changes as necessary to face a more "complex and threatening" security environment, pointing to the expansion of nuclear arsenals' strategic importance in North Korea as well as in Russian Federation and China.

US disarmament ambassador Robert Wood, addressing the Geneva forum, also warned that arsenals in China and Russian Federation were expanding, drawing rebukes from their respective delegations.

The letter stressed that North Korea would be likely to retaliate if the White House were to pursue what they called a "bloody nose" strategy.

Singling out the regime in Pyongyang which conducted its sixth and most powerful nuclear test in September-the only country to have tested a nuclear weapon in the 21st century-Wood said North Korea represented an "urgent and unpredictable threat" to the USA and its allies.

North Korea accused the United States of seeking to aggravate the situation on the divided Korean peninsula by "deploying large nuclear assets" nearby and lay the ground for a possible pre-emptive strike against it. Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, and Kamala Harris, among others-says that without Congress' OK, a Trump administration strike of this nature would lack both "constitutional basis" and "legal authority".

The tyrant carried out a series of missile and nuclear tests past year and has escalated global tensions.
