Former Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin is facing criminal charges after he made a threat in connection with an Instagram post last month. The report says there is now a warrant out for Martin's arrest.

Martin's chilling Instagram post came a little over a week after 17 students and staff were shot and killed at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla. He captioned the photo, "When you're a bully victim & a coward, your options are suicide, or revenge".

Martin's threat caused his former high school to shut down completely as a result.

A reward of United States dollars 115,000 has been announced by the authorities for providing information about the accused. The Austin Fire Department sent out a tweet early Tuesday saying they are assisting Austin Police with the situation.

Incognito and Pouncey, along with guard John Jerry, were found in the Wells Report, the investigation commissioned by the National Football League, to have been the main instigators of Martin's bullying.

Martin was the target of bullying in the Dolphins locker room from 2012-13, largely perpetuated by Incognito and Pouncey.

On the day of the incident the LAPD told USA Today that Martin had been detained, but was not in police custody.

Harvard-Westlake School has since filed a workplace violence prevention restraining order against Martin, according to ESPN. It was not clear if Martin attended the facility voluntarily or was forced to undergo an evaluation. He played one season in San Francisco before retiring in 2015.
