Service dog gives birth to puppies in Tampa International Airport

A service dog waiting for a flight to Philadelphia with her owner gave birth at the Tampa airport as travelers gathered around and watched.

The little doggies' daddy "Nugget" was also there for the big event.

Tampa Fire Rescue paramedics and a nurse assisted with the delivery.

Van Atter said she has mobility and pain issues, Nipps said, and the dogs were service dogs, though Eleanor Rigby was still in training.

MH17 missile owned by Russian brigade, investigators say
On its own, the team has managed to narrow down the list of suspects from more than a hundred to a few dozen. On Thursday, the Joint Investigative Team said this conclusion is based on "extensive comparative research".

And yes, the two women have since missed their flight to Philly.

A service dog delivered a healthy litter of puppies at Tampa International Airport, Florida, after going into labor as she waited to board a Philadelphia-bound flight with her owner. She said they knew Eleanor Rigby was pregnant, but believed the excitement of being in the airport around so many new people may have triggered the early birth.

A round of applause - and a few barks - echoed through the terminal after Puppy 8 (a girl!) was successfully delivered.
