After arrest, Farrah Abraham insists there's more to the story

Farrah Abraham was arrested for striking a hotel security guard

On Tuesday afternoon, before the alleged incident is said to have taken place, Farrah appeared to be having a fun-filled time in the sun, sharing a shot of herself wearing a bikini as she posed poolside with mogul Mark Cuban and actress Kate Neilson.

TMZ reports that Farrah is being booked for "battery and trespassing".

Danielsen added that she had spoken to her daughter's father, who said Sophia is now home in Los Angeles, possibly being cared for by a nanny.

UPDATE at 9:15am PT on 6/13: The Beverly Hills Police Department released the following statement about Abraham's arrest. And she also denies that she resisted and also denies any claims that she hit anyone.

Farrah also shared videos on her Instagram Story of herself enjoying food from the hotel while poolside with daughter Sophia, who later tucked into a banana split and also went swimming. And not in the way she usually gets physical... but by violently lashing out! "No I'm not. Give me my wallet".

Despite her outrageous confrontation with the cops Farrah insisted that she is a "normal individual".

"She needs to be with her family, not about strangers and volatility and her mother being arrested", Danielsen told the publication, reportedly crying. "She needs me to hold her and tell her everything is alright". "Nobody's talking to anybody else, do you understand me?" The officers report that Farrah seemed intoxicated.

Farrah Abraham was arrested early Wednesday morning after she allegedly struck a security officer at the Beverly Hills Hotel, ET can confirm. So far, Farrah is still behind bars on $500 bail.

Now this is a developing story.
