Meghan Markle Ireland tour: Duchess of Sussex's superpower revealed with boatneck dress

GETTYWindsor council netted £71,000 in parking fees on Harry and Meghan's wedding day

Dressed in a suitably green Givenchy dress, Meghan and Prince Harry were briefly greeted before taking off for their first engagement.

"Meghan is known for wearing her hair in a looser and more relaxed style, but her hair today is much sleeker and more elegant, with a very tight ballerina-style knot in place of her usual messy bun".

And Kate chose to wear a coat by Alexander McQueen, a hat by Sean Barrett, and an RAF Dacre Brooch.

It also comes after criticism was levelled at the Palace's handling of Meghan's introduction to the royal family, and particularly how her family struggled to adjust to the harsh media glare in the lead up to the hugely-anticipated nuptials.

She took the royal salute at the ceremony as the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex watched nearby.

Fresh from Prince Louis's christening yesterday, the royal foursome arrived at the iconic landmark for a service celebrating the RAF's history. Later, Meghan and Harry will head to Dublin to begin their two-day whirlwind trip of Ireland. (Picture: PA) "Tenacity, skill and gallantry have been your hallmarks, ' she said".

Thousands of people lined the palace approach in central London, to watch a ceremony hosted by the Queen and culminating in the historic flypast of bombers, old and new, along with spy planes, helicopters and transporters.

We can't wait to see how Meghan will turn up for those events.

The royal couple will meet both President Michael D Higgins and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar during their relatively short two-day trip.

Harry, the Duke of Sussex, also wore his No 1 RAF uniform, with RAF Regiment shoulder flashes, in recognition of Honington - the home of the RAF Regiment - and also for his role as Honorary Air Commandant of the base.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will visit Dublin, Ireland on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th July.

Royal watchers were equally excited to see the young royal couples - Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Prince William and Kate Middleton - together again.
