National Hurricane Center issues advisories for tropical depression in Atlantic Ocean

Beryl is the second tropical depression of the 2018 Atlantic hurricane season.

The weak storm, which carries winds of 40mph according to the National Hurricane Centre, is expected to die down before it reaches the Lesser Antilles islands.

The newly formed tropical storm is now over 1 200 miles east-southeast of the Windward Islands, moving west-northwest.

There are no coastal watches or warnings in effect. Beryl is not expected to survive crossing the Lesser Antilles island chain.

"The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches)".

But it's far out at sea and is expected to weaken before it reaches the Caribbean.

It will continue to track west or west-northwest at 15 to 20 miles per hour over the tropical waters of the Atlantic.

Google Duplex AI Ready to Replace Call Centers
Google Duplex may have a solution to that problem by making the automated interactions less robotic and more life-like. This move seems quite similar to what Amazon is doing by selling the technology behind Alexa to call centers.

A Tropical Storm Watch means that tropical storm conditions are possible within the watch area. Tropical depression Tropical Depression 3 is located 195 miles south-southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, Saturday morning and is moving north-northwest at 6 mph.

Tropical waves are areas of low air pressure which move from east to west across the tropics, causing areas of cloudiness and thunderstorms.

A team of meteorologists, who predicted an above-average 2018 Atlantic hurricane season in April, decreased their forecast on Tuesday.

"It's expected to just sit off the coast and we may have an increased rip current threat due to the system and we may get some moisture from it in a few days". It appears that Fabio has reached its peak intensity with wind speeds of 110 miles per hour and its minimum pressure at 964 mb.

In its April forecast, the Colorado State University team said there would be 14 named storms, seven of which would develop into hurricanes - three of them major.

The barrelling tropical storm caused more than £37million ($50million) in damage and claimed 12 lives as it moved up the U.S. coast in May.
