Vladimir Putin made ‘incredible offer’ in Russian hacking case: Donald Trump

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham on Monday slammed President Donald Trump for not forcefully addressing the subject of Russian election interference during a joint press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland.

"We did make a good start", Putin said, referring to his summit with US President Donald Trump in Helsinki on Monday.

"I'm stunned that President Trump failed to take this opportunity to confront President Putin about the interference in our elections", Murkowski said in a written statement.

Trump told reporters he "spent a great deal of time" talking about the allegation with Putin, while Putin categorically denied any interference in the USA internal affairs.

"It's quite clear to me that this is just an internal political struggle and it's nothing to be proud of for American democracy to use such dirty methods and political rivalry", Mr. Putin told Fox.

His scepticism drew a quick formal statement - nearly a rebuttal - from Mr Trump's director of national intelligence, Dan Coats.

Still, Trump considered the summit a bigly success, saying, "Well, I think we're doing really well with Russian Federation as of today".

"It was truly horrifying and deeply alarming to see the President of the United States stand with the President of Russian Federation in undercutting the work of our intelligence agencies and law enforcement and blaming America for the attacks on our elections and our democracy", she said in news release.

"My first reaction was, wow, I've really gotten underneath Vladimir Putin's skin", Browder said during an interview on FOX Business' "Making Money with Charles Payne" on Monday.

"No collusion": Russian election interference claims overshadow Trump-Putin summit
Graham also warned Trump to leave a soccer ball, a gift from Putin, outside of the White House. Glor asked Trump about Coats' early warning on Saturday, when they sat down for the interview.

Putin suggested U.S. investigators might travel to Russia to participate in questioning Russians accused by Washington of United States election meddling as long as Russian investigators were allowed to do the same with USA spies operating in Russia, an idea Trump's critics dismissed as ludicrous. He said it's not Russian Federation. "They never paid any taxes - neither in Russian Federation or the United States and yet the money escaped the country".

On what can Republicans do after this: We'll keep doing what we've been doing and I don't think that there's anything more important that we've done in this Congress than rebuilding the military. Our Intelligence Community has proven Russian Federation attempted to interfere with our elections.

He drove in his new limousine, the Kortezh, which was built to rival the USA president's auto known as "The Beast".

"I beat Hillary Clinton easily and frankly we beat her..." They didn't change a single vote, and President Trump won in a landslide.

It seemed unlikely that American authorities would take seriously any such offer from Putin, and some USA lawmakers openly ridiculed the suggestion. In fact, Trump welcomed a surprise offer by Putin to help in the investigation.

"For the president of the United States to side with President Putin against American law enforcement, American defense officials, and American intelligence agencies is thoughtless, dangerous, and weak", Schumer said.

One of Trump's own Senators accused the President of making America look like "a pushover" by refusing to stand up to Putin.

The news conference also rattled some officials in the State and Defence Departments and in USA intelligence agencies, according to officials in five government offices.
