Demi Lovato's Bodyguard Credited With Saving Her Life

Cape Town - Demi Lovato has reportedly agreed to enter rehab after allegedly overdosing on opioids. He came into the home as her assistant screamed that Lovato was dead.

We're still sending all our love and well wishes to Demi and her family at this hard time.

According to the report, Demi's family held off on making arrangements as she was suffering severe side-effects including nausea and high fever. The source also claimed that Lovato's airways were blocked with vomit. "The bodyguard administered some sort of first aid to keep Demi alive before paramedics arrived".

A source has told TMZ that Demi's family had delayed speaking to her about the issue of rehab to give her time to recover as she had been very sick.

However, it's thought she'll be ready to leave hospital this week and she's reportedly agreed to head back into rehab to help her beat her addictions and get back on the road to sobriety. Demi has told the people close to her that she is serious about her sobriety, and plans to do whatever it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle moving forward'. The bodyguard, assistant and other members of her team were aware she was no longer sober.
