Donald Trump insults basketball superstar LeBron James

But perhaps nobody's support stands out at much as that of First Lady Melania Trump, who broke from her husband's obtuse criticism of James with a public statement acknowledging James' efforts in the community.

Following the interview on Friday evening, Trump sent out a tweet attacking the intelligence of interviewer and subject alike, saying that Don Lemon is the dumbest man on TV and that it's not easy to make LeBron James look smart.

James had criticized Trump as racially insensitive in a Monday interview with Lemon, in which James announced he was opening a school for at-risk children in his hometown of Akron, Ohio.

US President Donald Trump has lashed out at National Basketball Association superstar LeBron James following his CNN interview where he said he would never speak with the President.

Donald Trump, the man who callously separated children from their parents and forever traumatized them in the process, has viciously attacked LeBron James, the man who just opened a school for hundreds of poor children, probably saving them in the process.

On Friday night, President Donald Trump unleashed a three-line insult for NBA-star LeBron James.

James - who once said that Mr Trump doesn't "give a f**k about people" - is considered by many the greatest player in the sport's history. LeBron publicly criticized Donald back in September 2017 when he called him a "bum" in a tweet for cancelling his invitation to the Golden State Warriors to celebrate their championship win at the White House.

Jordan expressed his support for James on Saturday.

Steven Seagal named Russian special envoy to US
For more than a decade Seagal, who according to his own website is 66, has been a regular visitor to Russian Federation . Seagan received Russian citizenship in 2016 and was personally handed his Russian passport by President Vladimir Putin .

It seems Trump's late-night tweet has led to another disagreement between the President and his wife.

Don Lemon also added: "Who's the real dummy?"

James was being interviewed about a school he recently opened in OH for underprivileged children.

Trump is traveling to OH on Saturday for a campaign rally.

This weekend's controversy was just the latest in a long-running feud between James and the president. By the way, all-around he's better than Michael Jordan.

"I know whoever wins this series, no one wants an invite", James said at the time.

More recently, Grisham responded to CNN on the first lady's behalf when a news story suggested the President was upset that the first lady was watching a cable news channel aboard Air Force One that he did not like.

He was responding to remarks by then-Cavs star James and Curry, who both said they would not attend a White House reception.
