Stormy Daniels a no-show on Celebrity Big Brother and Loose Women

'Celebrity Big Brother' kicked off last night but fans were left disappointed when Stormy Daniels didn't show up after it was heavily rumoured that she would be entering the house.

It's been reported Daniels was set to be paid $1.3 million (£750,000) for a week's work but a few hours beforehand, after flying into London from Texas, she demanded another $175,000 (£100,000).

Presenter Kaye Adams said Daniels had arrived in the building and was keen to appear on the show, but was prevented from doing so because of legal issues.

"There was never any pay dispute", Avenatti told the British paper regarding rumors that Daniels had pushed for an extra $125,000 on top of the $950,000 she was reportedly due to receive for a weeklong appearance.

Daniels was then booked to appear on ITV's Loose Women chat show on Friday afternoon to explain what happened, but again failed to appear on screen despite making it to the studio on time.

According to the BBC, Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti explained that her absence from the Britain's Channel 5 reality series was due to "a row" with those in charge behind-the-scenes.

Moore, who spoke to Daniels off-camera and took a photograph with her, told viewers: "This is her side of the story".

Elon Musk proposes Los Angeles tunnel to Dodger Stadium
Elon Musk has been in hot water recently, after announcing Tesla's purported share price in the event the firm is taken private . In the proposal, the company said the project "will be 100 percent privately funded and will require zero taxpayer dollars".

She said Stormy wanted to put her child first and being in the CBB house would mean being out of contact with the wider world for weeks.

A teaser which was tweeted from the official "CBBUK" Twitter account seemingly hinted at Daniels' involvement in the show. And she thought, 'I can't commit to being in the house'.

The 39-year-old, who claims she had an affair with Trump more than a decade ago and is suing the president, did not appear as planned on the reality show's season opener.

The actress told one of the hosts backstage that she could not come on air because of legal issues.

Asked whether anyone else in the U.S. had paid Daniels not to appear on the show, Moore said she had told her it was "not about money".

A representative for Celebrity Big Brother declined to comment when approached by MailOnline. "She's very angry. She feels that she's had her power taken away from her". She alleges the lawyer gave her $130,000 in "hush money" to stop her damaging the Donald's 2016 election chances by going public with her claims.
