North and South Korea make breakthrough agreement

Kim and Moon earlier smiled and chatting as they walked down a hallway and into a meeting room to finalize the joint statement, which also said that the leaders would push for a Korean Peninsula without nuclear weapons and to "eliminate all the danger of war".

South Korean President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un announced a sweeping set of agreements after their second day of talks in Pyongyang on Wednesday that included a promise by Kim to permanently dismantle the North's main nuclear complex if the United States takes corresponding measures, the acceptance of worldwide inspectors to monitor the closing of a key missile test site and launch pad and a vow to work together to host the Summer Olympics in 2032.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in kicked off their third meeting of the year on Tuesday in Pyongyang, where cheering crowds greeted the leaders as they traveled through the capital.

On the front, there was a photo of the two leaders shaking hands and hugging each other upon meeting at Pyongyang International Airport on Tuesday, with more inside of them parading together through the streets of the city, enjoying a concert and toasting at a banquet.

Moon said: "The seeds to a peaceful future have been planted".

Trump also said the remains of American war heroes will continue to be returned to the US, before ending his tweet by calling the news "very exciting!"

Also, North and South Korea will file a joint bid to host the 2032 Olympics.

"The North expressed its willingness to continue taking additional steps, such as the permanent shutdown of the Yongbyon nuclear facility, should the United States take corresponding measures under the spirit of the June 12 North Korea-US joint statement", it said, referring to the agreement reached by US.

Another 16 goals brought Lorenzo Insigne, 13 goals went from Jose Callejon and 11 from Marek Hamšík. Forecasts Bookmakers consider Napoli as the main favorite - the coefficient for the victory of the hosts is 1.28.

Mr Moon was seeking to engineer a proposal that combines a framework for the North's denuclearisation and a joint declaration ending the 1950-53 Korean War.

"We are not afraid of future challenges".

The summit was an effort to try and preserve nuclear diplomacy with Washington, which has expressed its desire for more substantial disarmament moves from the North.

Mr Kim pledged to work towards the "complete denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula" during his first meeting with Mr Moon in the Demilitarised Zone that separates the two Koreas in April, and at his summit with Mr Trump in June.

Satellite pictures in August suggested workers were dismantling an engine test stand, in line with a promise already made to US President Donald Trump.

North Korea first staged its mass games in 2002, when Kim's father, Kim Jong-il, was leader.

Ms Nauert said the United States would "continue to consult very closely and carefully and regularly with the South Koreans" during their meetings in North Korea.
