Microsoft Suspends Windows 10 Update for October Over File Deletion Complains

Updates are a no-go for now

Microsoft has suspended the roll-out of its October 2018 Windows update, following claims of mass file deletion. "This included many crucial documents and financial info", a user-complaint on the Microsoft support page read.

"Last night I updated to 1809, and it all went smoothly, but then I find that all my files in Documents are DELETED".
