Kim Kardashian is undoubtedly one of the most famous women in the world, so it does not surprise me that she has topped this year's list.

Watch out! On Tuesday, Cybersecurity firm McAfee crowned the 32-year-old star the most unsafe celebrity on the internet.

The Australian deposes last year's most unsafe celeb, Avril Lavigne.

The mother-of-three's name has been linked to the most potentially malicious websites on the net, next to Naomi Campbell, who placed second on the list.

The list also features well-known celebrities like reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian, actress Rose Byrne, actress Marion Cotillard, and actress Amber Heard.

Other celebrities on the United Kingdom list were actress Rose Byrne, Love Island contestant Kem Cetinay, Britney Spears, actress Emma Roberts and reality star Ferne McCann.

Sen. Graham Lashes Out at Protester Insisting On Kavanaugh Polygraph
He said the nomination process had become a national disgrace, that advise and consent had been replaced with search and destroy. What they did say was that the FBI investigation left too many stones unturned for the Senate to be moving ahead with a vote.

Apart from the two, actresses Marion Cotillard, Lynda Carter and Rose Byrne were also among the top five celebrities whose name searches can result into fans clicking sketchy links.

McAfee fellow and chief scientist Raj Samani said: "We live in a fast-paced world that's heavily influenced by pop culture and social media, with endless opportunities to pick and choose which entertainment options we prefer to enjoy from a variety of connected devices".

Kim Kardashian has been named as the most risky celebrity to search online.

"It's important for consumers to think before they click to be sure that they are landing on safe digital content and protecting themselves from cybersecurity threats that may be used to infect their devices or steal their identity", Davis said.

To keep internet activity secure, Davis said users should avoid visiting third-party websites that could contain malware, apply operating system and application updates that may include security fixes, invest in security protection tools and use parental control software.
