Bell's latest posts also followed a titillating Monday tweet in which he wrote, "Fairwell Miami" - leading to speculation Bell was headed to Pittsburgh to talk with the Steelers about ending his holdout.

Le'Veon Bell has less than a week to report to the Pittsburgh Steelers in order to play this season, but it appears he's still debating signing the franchise tag. He has lost $855,529 for very week he's missed so far. The 26-year-old is set to become a free agent at season's end unless the Steelers place the franchise tag on him for the third time.

A source told Mark Kaboly of The Athletic that Bell is not a lock to sign his franchise tender prior to the November 13 deadline after he learned that it would still be considered the third time the Steelers use the franchise tag on him if they choose to go that route again this offseason. Bell has made it clear over the past few months that he didn't sign the one-year franchise tender because he didn't want to risk his health, and on Wednesday, he stood by that decision. Similar to the non-exclusive tag, the transition tag would allow Bell to negotiate a deal with another team, but the Steelers would have the chance to match.

Rassie Erasmus Trolls World Rugby By Teaching Springbok Owen Farrell Tackle 'Technique'
England co-captain Owen Farrell escaped punishment after hitting Esterhuizen high with his shoulder late in 12-11 victory. Gardner deemed it a legitimate tackle as he felt Farrell had made enough of an attempt to wrap his arms in the tackle.

If you needed another update on where Pittsburgh Steelers running back is, we've got it for you. The Steelers aren't going to pay him $25 million, which means their only option in 2019 would be using the transition tag.

Bell has played five seasons with Pittsburgh since getting drafted by the organization in the second round in 2013 out of Michigan State. However, instead of sending a normal tweet to rip his critics, Bell chose to write his message using upside-down letters.
