Red Dead Online In-Game Economy Getting Tweaked

Red Dead Online update

Indeed, the in-game economy of Red Dead Online has been a sticking point for many players.

We had an inkling this would be the case because it's a persistent beta that's going to eventually transition into the full game.

Red Dead Redemption 2 focuses on the events after a robbery goes wrong in the town of Blackwater. Your feedback in these early days will be instrumental in helping formulate updates in every aspect of the experience.

The beta for the online portion of Red Dead Redemption 2 launched this weekend and players aren't happy with the overall economy, that sees a huge discrepancy in item prices and mission rewards between the campaign and multiplayer. We are left to wonder when the in-game economy will receive its own update. Aside from the world feeling somewhat barren, the multiplayer mode suffers from a weird in-game economy where gold watches are worth less than a can of baked beans. The game was developed to help speed up the roll-out of patches and adjustments according to the statement.

FIR Filed Against Cow Slaughter in Bulandshahr Names Two Minors
They said 27 people have been named in the FIR while cases have been lodged against 50-60 unidentified people. He also said that police were scanning video footage to identify "anti-social elements".

Rockstar is also targeting game bugs that consistently kick players out of the online beta.

Some players feel the time cost of earning gold bars is prohibitive because developer Rockstar would prefer people spend real money on them. In addition, microtransactions will also be available within the Red Dead Online store at a later date.

Interestingly, the statement notes that fixes to Red Dead Online will begin rolling out at the end of this week.
