Chrissy Metz Shuts Down Rumor About Golden Globes Red Carpet Drama

Chrissy Metz and Alison Brie

The "Glow" star said she has "nothing but love" after Metz was accused of calling Brie "such a b--h" during a Golden Globe Awards red carpet interview on Facebook's pre-show. "If she did happen to use the "other" word, I promise it was 1,000 percent a joke".

Welp, consider that fleeting drama done and dusted.

What appeared to be bad blood between Chrissy Metz and Alison Brie was seemingly exposed on Sunday at the Golden Globes, becoming the controversy nobody saw coming.

But after Gibson announced that Brie, nominated for the Netflix series Glow was just at the end of the carpet, Metz claims that another, unknown voice utters the controversial words, not her.

After the incident, speculation prompted Metz to speak out, writing on Twitter, "It's terribly unfortunate anyone would think much less run a story that was completely fabricated! I mean, I know the truth", Metz went on.

Buccaneers hire Arians as head coach
Before coming to Arizona, he was the interim coach of the Colts for 12 games in 2012 and the team went 9-3 under his leadership. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are finalizing a deal that would make Bruce Arians their next head coach, ESPN's Adam Schefter said.

"Do I?" Metz began in an exaggerated tone before the visual cut to Brie, though they continued to play the audio of Metz who began to say, "She's such a b". Us Weekly later deleted a tweet questioning whether Metz cursed.

"I don't speak about anyone like that I don't speak like that". "Alison and I obviously are friends. 'I know her. I saw her on the carpet and I told her how lovely she looked'".

In a statement, a rep for Metz also said: "Chrissy never said that".

According to Page Six, AJ Gibson responded to the mysterious sound bite via email, "I was standing on stage with Chrissy and thought she called Alison a babe. I mean, I know the truth", she added. "If you actually listen to the video, I don't say anything".

Last night's 76th Golden Globes Awards show was no different.
