According to Entertainment Weekly, Hart apologized again on Monday during his SiriusXM radio show Straight to the Hart.

Kevin Hart took time out Monday night to formally apologize to the LGBTQ community, less than a month after he announced he was stepping down as Oscars host following mounting controversy for past homophobic tweets and comments from several years ago. "I will say this, and I want to make this very clear", Hart said. I'm sorry.' But then they go, 'But you didn't say it right.

Ellen DeGeneres' brother, Vance DeGeneres, is coming to her defense after the talk show host voiced her support of Kevin Hart hosting the Oscars.

"Here is how it starts off: 'I want to say that I have no problem with gay people".

Further adding, "You have grown, you have apologised, you are apologising again right now".

"The fight is the will and want for equality". Isn't that what the LGBT community wants? "You can't change without a [sic] understanding of what GROWTH means... I can move forward or I can't, but you can't grow as a person unless you make mistakes".

Carlow man Amond responsible for Newport County giant-killing
Newport, who took Tottenham Hotspur to a replay previous year , held on to beat a top-flight side for the first time since 1964. Callum Lang then sent 4,000 travelling Oldham fans wild with a headed victor in the 88th minute.

Lemon revealed on air that the two had spoken for more than an hour over the phone, followed by some texting in a mostly off-the-record conversation so that Hart could speak his mind.

One tweet in question read: 'Yo if my son comes home & try's 2 play with my daughters doll house I'm going 2 break it over his head & say n my voice "stop that's gay"'.

The comedian appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week where he addressed the backlash to his tweets, calling it "a malicious attack" to end his career. "It's all they ever wanted him to do, and he's doing it in spades. Let me assess, just sit in the space and really think, and you and I will talk before anything else".

In a post on Instagram, Hart said he got a call from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and was asked to apologize for his prior tweets or step down as host. The matter was considered mostly closed until January 3, when Hart told Variety that he had no intention of returning to the Oscars as host, but hours later told Ellen DeGeneres that he may in fact be reconsidering the offer.

Who would you like to see replace Kevin Hart?

"I wouldn't tell that joke today, because when I said it, the times weren't as sensitive as they are now", he told Rolling Stone.
