Wisconsin murder and abduction suspect laid low in a rural cabin

The Closs family home

Someone blasted open the door of James and Denise Closs' home near Barron, Wisconsin with a shotgun in October, gunned the couple down and made off with their 13-year-old daughter, Jayme. She said she did not know him'.

Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald said at a news conference that Jayme Closs was taken back to her hometown of Barron on Friday.

Authorities believe Patterson went to the Closs home intending to kidnap Jayme.

"I think hope helps you get through the day.it makes it easier", Simmers said. "Believe me, so are we".

Fitzgerald said officials did not yet know how she escaped, saying only that she had been released from the hospital and was being reunited with family. "She said that this person usually hides her or hides her when others are near, or when he has to leave the household". Jayme had been at home when the killing took place, Fitzgerald said. Patterson was apparently out looking for her when he was stopped by a sheriff's deputy based on a description of his vehicle from Jayme, authorities said.

Patterson, who is unemployed with no criminal record, was scheduled for an initial court appearance on Monday when homicide and kidnapping charges are expected to be filed. They said there is nothing to indicate that he knew or had contact with the family before the incident, and said they do not know how he came to fixate on Jayme.

She said, 'I'm Jayme, ' the woman told CNN affiliate WCCO.

The Barron County sheriff's office said Closs was found Thursday afternoon in Gordon, a northwest Wisconsin town about 65 miles north of where she went missing from her home in Barron.

Investigators have said Patterson's goal was to kidnap Jayme, but he appears to have no connection to the family. A shotgun was recovered from the home where Jayme was believed held, according to Fitzgerald.

Rising trend of casino apps
For those who are looking for a specific game, Cherry Rush also includes a description of what games can be found each site. It used to be that if someone wanted to play a casino game they had to find a land based venue.

The town's mayor Ron Fladten said the news was a "great result" and that he had been "praying daily" for the safe return of Jayme.

According to a neighbor, Patterson's parents moved away but the two sons continued to use the home. The sheriff said it appeared Patterson had no previous social media contact with the teen, Fitzgerald said.

Despite Erik Patterson's criminal record, few across the township seem to have heard of his family.

"She was crying when I first met her, but once I grabbed hold of her and held her as she walked, then she was calm", she said. "I don't recall anything that would have explained this, by any means".

Jeanne Nutter was walking her dog near the cabin she owns with her husband on 10 January when she encountered Jayme Closs coming out of nearby woods.

"She just yelled, 'Please help me!"

Over the past few months, detectives pursued thousands of tips, watched dozens of surveillance videos and conducted numerous searches for Jayme, including one that drew 2,000 volunteers but yielded no clues. As a family we will get through all of the healing process Jayme has. "God has answered those prayers".

"No matter what may unfold in her story let's all try to remember that this young woman has SURVIVED and whatever other details may surface the most important will still remain that she is alive", Smart wrote. Girls ages 12 to 17 are most commonly abducted. She said the girl smiled when the couple talked to her and said hello to their children.
